Testing Services

The MNX can provide high quality testing services for your MEMS, micro, or nano development effort. We can test at the wafer, die, packaged die or system level for performance of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, fluidic, optical, acoustical, or other transduction mechanisms. We also have experience in developing specialized test fixtures for devices or systems that are unique. We use state-of-the-art testing equipment including a Karl Suss automatic probe station.
